Washington, May 23. Tho American War Board expect that Admiral Cerveras' squadron will Elay a game of hide-and-seek until it as been reinforced from Spain. The American battleship Oregon put in to Barbadoes, and resailed after obtaiaing a supply of coal. Admiral Schley's squadron has arrived at Santiago de Cuba, where Admiral Sampson will join him.
