The American Prize Court at Key "Weßt has condemned the seizure of the Spanish 'steamer, Argonaut, captured off Cienfuegos and Mathilde. Madrid, May 24. Spanish troops are massing near Gibraltar, for transport to Cuba. Six thousand are already assembled. The Spanish Government has protested to the European Powers against the Americans making use of the Spanish flag on the occasion of the unsuccessful attempt to cut the Guataname Cable.
