The Tailoresses' Union has decided not to accept the log drawn up by the Conciliation Board, and will carry the case to the Arbitration Court. Four men went outside the Heads in a yacht yesterday. Two of them, brothers, named Emery, put off in a dingy from the yacht, which they left at anchor. The other two men subsequently returned to port in the yacht, saying that the Emerys had disappeared, though the weather and sea were remarkably fine. A party left in search this morniug, and the latest information is that both the Emerys were drowned, and their bodies are on the way to the morgue. The body of a much-decomposed man, whose name from papers in his pocket is believed to be Vannicliffe, was found in the domain.
