An application has been made for an injunction to prevent the Greymouth Point Klizabeth Company from working or disposing of the mine and co appoint a re* ceiver for the safe custody of the plant and profits. Mr Bell said the debenture holders were now in possession, and they undertook that the plant should not be removed without an order by the Court, and that a strict account would be kept of the receipts pending the decision of the Court of Appeal on the question of priority of claim between the plaintiffs in the recent action and the debenture holder.", whereupon the motion was adjourned till the decision was made known.
