A DEFICIT.
(BY TELEGRAPH—OWN CORRESPONDENT). Glsborne, Last Night. The Harbour Board have been exercised over the question of rates on wharfages to make up a deficiency of £IOOO a year in the accounts. The Board have decided to slightly increase the rates.
