BREACH OF CONTRACT.
(BY TELEGRAPH—OWN CORRESPONDENT). Wellington, Last Night. In the Supreme Court in the case of Mrs Alfie, Auckland, v. Newton King, New Plymouth, claim for the return of a deposit and damages in connection with the. purchase of a steam riding gallery, judgment was given for plaintiff for £267. In a cross action judgment was given for defendant.
