Gkaoe Darlings firmed a little on Exchange, 2s being offered, but sellers asked 2s 4d ; buyers of Crown shares offered 18s, but the lowest selling price quoted was 19s Gd ; there was an enquiry for Moanatairis at b's, and Korea ta Reefs at Gs lOd. Other mining stocks showed no change. The value of standard stocks was slightly better, the prices offered for National and Standard Insurance being advances on those of yesterday. In regard to other stocks values were maintained, as high as 56a beniij offered for Westport Coal. There was a steady all round demand for both shipp'lig and coal shares at yood prices.
