BREACHES OF DAIRY INDUSTRY ACT.
(BX TELEGRAPH.—OWN COBEISPONDEKT). New Plymouth, La3t Night. Several charges under the Dairy Industry Act were heard at the Magistrate's Court. Joll Bros., "Waitara, were fined £5 and costs for exporting 100 boxes milled butter, and were also fined £1 on each of three charges of wrongly branding, or failing to brand, butter,: making a total of £6 10s. BenrieV a farmer, was fined the minimum penalty of £1 and costs for sending butter from his factory wrongly branded. Joll Bros, had supplied Beanet with boxes already branded, and he had neglected to alter the brand. * .':*;■'.;::; :: '■• ' .
