CANTERBURY V. WELLINGTON (BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT). Wellington, Last Night. The match, Canterbury v. Wellington, was begun to-day in fine weather, with a cool breez a . The ground was very fast, a good wicket having been provided. Clark won the toss for Canterbury, and sent in Cobcroft and H. C. Ridley, Houldsworth and Ashbott bowling.
