Calcutta, January 6. Two columns of troops, under Briga-•dier-General Sir Binelon Blood, have •started on a punitive expedition against recalcitrant Bonorwal tribesimen. Deceased figured gallantly in tho recent actions during the north-western struggles, and tho hardships whish he then underwent, and at the Tirah Pass engagement, brought on dysentery, to which he succumbed.
