His Honor ren arked that the prisoner was not so weaktnindol, but he ought to receive punishment. Michael Ryan and John 1\ Donovan were acquitted on a charge of burglary.

At the Supreme Court. Edward Townsend was found guilty of misappropriating trust money, and was sentenced to three months' imprisonment without hard labour. Eugene Chas. Mackrill was found ffuilty of common assault on a Chinaman, and remanded till Friday for sentence.
