EDUCATION CONGRESS.
London, July 16. Lord Loch presides at the Education Congress which is being held in connection with the Victoria Era Exhibition. Sir William Windeyer read a paper upon higher education of women in New South Wales.
In the course of a speech at the Education Congress, Mr W. P. Reeves, Agent-General for New Zealand, said the absence of technical instruction was a great blot on the New Zealand education system.
