M.Smcelou was charged with keeping his employees working after one o'clock on a recent Salurdaj, Mr Cotter pleaded guilty on belnlf of de'eiul nt, and explaned that Mr Smceton had kept employees working this Saturday afternoon to take stock for the purpose of the 1.. ml and income tax returns. Mr McAU ster con'ended it win no excuse for defendant that he was stock-taking. His \Vn:sliip tired the defendant 2(8 and 4." 4 Is costs in the first case, and 5->, without costs, in each of the other 1-1.
