ACCIDENTS.
(15Y TELEGRAPH—OWN COItRI SI'OXDEXT.) Auckland, Last Night. Tins morring shortly after eleven o clock Mr W'm. Pcrcival, Secretary of the Auckland Racing Club, met with an accident. He was driving down Wei-leslcy-street East alone in a bugey on his way to town, when the horse slipped on his knees ami Mr Percival was shot out ou the hard metal read. He was picked up immediately and Dr. Darby was soon in attendance. Subsequently Drs. MacKellar and Girdlcr a-rived. Dr. Darby examined the patient, who was considerably shaken and had one shoulder and arm bruised. Constable Bird was also in attendance, and accompanied the sufferer to the Hospital in the ambulance. The Hospital authorities state that MtTercival is suffering from internal injuries to his head. Thames, last Night.
Gecrgc Gillard was coming down the Waiotahi incline, when his bike capsized. The rider was picked up unconscious and removed to the Hospital. He foon recovered his senses, but his injuries appear to be of rather a serious chiit aotcr.
