ASSOCIATION PROMOTING RUAPEHU REGION
The Ruapehu South Business Association is looking towards promoting the Ruapehu region on a larger scalc in an effort to increase summer trade. The Business Association is aiming to have a prcsence at all major shows, displays and field days outside of the Ruapehu region for summer promotion. Association spokesperson Sue Allomes said limited funds are available for such activities. Mrs Allomes said the association will be looking for support from members to back such a scheme as well as from ihe entire region.
