RAILWAYS' JUNCTION DEVELOPMENT STILL ON

New Zealand Railways are still keen to develop the Ohakune Junction yards. Public Relations officer Bill Hopper said last week that Railways were hoping to enter into discussion with K&M Developments over their proposal, despite the preliminary licence having expired. He said if K&M decided to pull out Railways would still hope to do something with the site.
