Waimarino golf

The Waimarino Golf Club held the Rangiwaea Trophy competition on Sunday 12 April. The competition is a four ball — best ball competition with drawn partners. Results were: ln the combined partners section Norma Cranston and Nathan Donghi won i I up, followed by Barbara Dempsey and Garry Imhoff 8 up. In the Mens section, Arthur Berridge and Michael Edwards won 9

up followed by James Ennis and Neville Clarke 8 up. Twos on nominated holes, Hugh Donald, alone, scored. The senior haggle was won by Arthur Berridge 7 up, followed by Ross Brown 6 up and G. Allerby 3 up. The Junior haggle was won by Nathan Donghi 4 up followed by Kevin McDougal 2 up and Ali Robinson was square. N. Clarke was I down, M. Edwards 2 down. Coming Events: Easter Medal on Saturday 18 and Easter Par on Sunday 19 April.
