PONY CLUB
The Waimarino Pony Club Dressage Day was held at the Raetihi Showgrounds on Waitangi Day. Fine, sunny weather made a pleasant day for over 20 competitors. Mrs Pam Forrest from Hunterville and Miss Kay Avery from Raetihi were the judges and praised the standard of riders: Results were: Junior Dressage: 1st Rodney McCoubrie on Piccadilly, 2nd Donovan Morris on Giggolo, 3rd Sharon Wagstaff on Copper Lea. Intermediate: lstNicolaTebayon Remington Steele, 2nd equal Jackie Henderson on Ngapa's Folly and Tania Taylor on Riccochet. Open: 1 st Bernice Frost on Topaz, 2nd Tania Taylor on Riccochet, 3rd Nicola Tebay on Remington Steele.
