GARDEN OF THE YEAR COMPETITION

Entries to the Garden of the Year competition organised by the Ohakune Garden Circle close on Saturday 29 September. There will be two separate judgings of each garden. One for the spring garden and one for the summer garden. The garden which receives the highest number of points from both judgings will be declared the winner. Entry is free. Just leave your name and address at Kunikraft in Goldfinch Street. The winner holds the Garden Circle Cup for one year and receives a prize of shrubs for the garden. Two runner-up prizes of shrubs will also be presented.
