VEGYMSKI
This was run as part of the Turoa Tumbler's 'VEGYMSKI weekend' — an event which began last year in order to promote the community with its market gardening and skiing facilities. Ninety-six gymnasts took part from all over the North Island involving 15 clubs (from Auckland, Wellington, Napier, 'Gisborne, Hamilton, New Plymouth, Kawerau, Taupo, Wanganui etc). Results Pre-National Grades (points out of 100) lst Wanganui Boys and Girls 84.7. 2nd Turoa Tumblers 84.4. 3rd Boys Institute (Wgtn)/ * Kawerau (combined team) 83.7. National Grades (points out of 100) lst North Shore/Mt Roskill (combined team) 90.7. 2nd Waikato 3 (Ham) 89.1. 3rd Omni (Nap) 88.7. lst Old Technical (Ham) 34.0 (only team entered)!
