WOMEN'S GOLF
Following are the results of the Waimarino Ladies Golf Championships held at the Waimarino Club last Wednesday 19 September. The championships were divided into four handicap grades: Silver — 18 and below, Bronze I — 1 9-29, Bronze II — 30 and above, Woollett Trophy — non qualifiers. The winners were: Silver (won on 37th hole) Karen Cranston; Bronze I Edna MacLean; Bronze II Barbara Dempsey; Woollett Trophy Roaslie Goile.
