Municipal Association News
Last Monday Raetihi 's Mayor, Mr Garrick Worman, met with his Hamilton counterpart, Mr Ross Janssen, to discuss ways to improve next year's Municipal Association Conference. Mr Janssen is touring the smaller authorities in his capacity as the newly elected
President of the Municipal Association. With him was Mr Colin Archer, from Wellington, the Association's secretary. Mr Workman aired the concerns of the smaller areas and outlined some of the ideas he hopes to take to next year's annual conference in Rotorua.
