HOSPITAL SURVEY

The Department of Health has asked hospitals throughout New Zealand to prepare "Obstetric Survey Plans." Wanganui Hospital Board members Mrs Dorothy Scarrow, Raetihi and Mrs Jenny Lilburn, Hunterville representing the Waimarino

and Waiouru ho^pit;^^^ respectively, have beflpM asked to prepare plans for the hospitals they represent. Both ladies will be speaking to interested parties in the- area as an interim measure. Later, at public meetings, residents of the Waimarino will be able to put forward their views on the maternity requirements of both hospitals.
