NOTICE is hereby given that in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities confered upon every local authority by Section 17 of ‘The Impounding Act, 1884 that at an ordinary meeting of the Council of Hobson Connty held at the Council Chambers Aratapu, on the 9th day of December, 1891, it was resolved to authorise Emanuel Johanson (Settler of Tatarariki) to have charge of the roads in the Kopuru Riding for carrying into effect the provisions of the aforesaid Section of ‘ The Impounding Act 1884.’ A.
