WHEREAS by Section 129 of ‘ The Impounding Act 1884 ’ it is enacted that the local authority from time to time may by public notification appoint, suspend, or remove pound-keepers. Now therefore the Council of Hobson County in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the aforesaid section [of ‘The Impounding Act 1884 ’ doth hereby give public notification that at an ordinary meeting held at the Council Chambers Aratapu on the 9th day of December 1891, it was resolved to appoint Emanuel .Tohanson (Settler of Tatarariki) I’ounrl-keeper to tho Tatarariki Public Pound. "IVTOTICE is hereby given that in exercise L* and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in every local authority by Section 29 of ‘The Impounding Act 1884,’ the Council of Hobson County at a full meeting held at the Council Chambers Aratapu, on the 16th day of September 1891 did resolve to appoint a Public Pound at Tatarariki to bo situated upon a byeroad lying between Sections 20 and 21, Tatarariki Parish, and further notice is hereby given that the aforesaid Pound is fenced and provided with shelter as by the said Act required.
