BUSH DAIRY FACTORIES. PAHIATUAj March 14. The Bush Dairy Factories’ Association held a large and representative meeting here regarding the recent award and passed resolutions approving of the proposal to obtain a repeal of the Arbitration Act.' The other dairv associations in the industrial district were asked to co-operate in arranging a monster deputation to the Prime Min’ ister to ask for the, exemption of dairy factories from ’the operations of the Arbitration Act on the ground that the increases in the manufacturing costs cannot be passed on to the consumers, as the produce has to be sold in open competition in the world’s markets.— (P.A.)
