Tho match between. Otago and the Melbourne Cricket Club was resumed to day on a wicket which was soft in the morning, but improved later in the day. Melbourne carried their sepre to 396 (Onyons 137, Sandford 122, T. Armstrong 43, Rodgerson 17). Blunt took 2/93 and Douglas 3/76. Otago have lost three wickets for 56.
