PONATAHI SPORTS CLUB.
ANNUAL SPORTS MEETING. In all parts of the Wairarapa, there i* very keen interest being taken in the annual sports meeting of the Ahia-ruhc-Ponatahi .Sports Club, which is to be held on the Carterton Showgrounds on Saturday, March 19. Horse competitors realise that this will be one of the last opportunities of the year for them and their support is assured, while running and cycling men, in anticipation of the championship meeting to be held soon, after, are expected to be very keen for this gathering. The decorated motor vehicles, being a novelty, should also attract great entries. Programmes and information can be obtained free from the secretary, P.O. Box 25, Carterton.
