WEDDING.

— H HENDERSON—I,EE.

Knox Church was the scene of a pretty wedding yesterday afternoon, when Miss Marjory Lee, elder daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. Lee, “Braemar, ” Weraiti, was married to Mr Russell J. Henderson, youngest son of Mrs. Henderson and the late Captain J. Henderson. The Rev. John Davie was the officiating clergyman, and the Wedding March was played by Mr. Glen. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a handsome gown of w’hite georgette over white satin, and trimmed with silver tissue, the bridal veil being held in place with sprays of •range blossom, and she carried a beautiful shower bouquet. Miss Dorothy Lee, sister of the bride (chief), Miss Jean Henderson, sister of the bridegroom, and Afiss Gladys Wrigley, acted as bridesmaids, and wore dainty frocks of hydrangea blue, trimmed with silver, with which they wore headdresses of silver to tone, and carried shower bouquets. Mr. J. G. Stephenson acted as best man, and Mr. C. Reynolds and Mr. Gordon Leo acted as groomsman. After the ceremony a reception was held in the Parish Hall, where the usual toasts were honoured. Mr. and Mrs. Henderson left in the afternoon on their honeymoon, the bride travelling in an “Air Force” blue gown with hat to tone.
