MASTERTON CLUB COMPETITIONS
Following- are results in those of the Masterton Lawn Tennis Club’s competitions which have thus far reached the semi-final or final stage:— Men’s Championship Singles:— Semi-final: Welch -beat Wcllwood, 6/1, 6/4, 6/4.
Men’s Championship Doubles:— Semi-finals: Martiu and Miller beat Mapor and Rose, 6/4, 6/3. James and Hodder beat Tomlinson and Bee, 6/2. 6/4.’
Ladies’ Handicap Doubles: I’ inal: Mrs. Michael and Miss Penney beat Mrs. Prior and Miss Ray, 50/47. *
