“A DEAD HORSE.”
BISHOP OF LONDON ON MIGRATION. (Received Wednesday, 8.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, February 16. Dr. Ingram (Bishop of London) arrived in Sydney to'-day. Discussing migration, he said that he finds he has been flogging a dead horse. He added that there was no enthusiasm over immigration, while the unions were against it.—(P.A.)
