MELBOURNE CRICKETERS DISCONCERTED. WANGANUI MATCH DRAWN. WANGANUI, February 16. The match betw’een Wanganui and Melbourne concluded to-day and resulted in a draw. Melbourne concluded the first innings 65 behind Wanganui’s total. Johnston played steadily throughout; for his 72 runs. Bernau, the ex-New Zealand express bowler was at the top of his form and developed tremendous pace and disconcerted the visitors, with the exception of Johnston. Bernau took six wickets for 70 runs.
