ADDITIONAL AWARDS. HACKS AND HUNTERS. FEILDING, February 2. The following additional championships were awarded at the Feilding Show to-day:— Sou th down ram and ewe.— J. Knight. Hack.—P. Winge’s Pathfinder, Ladies’ hunters’ competition.—Miss M. J. Stewart’s Gentleman Jack. Open hunters. —J. Shaw’s Rita 1; A. Mercer’s Gilgai 2; W. Hobson’s Max
There was good weather for the People’s Day and a large attendance. The stock entries were particularly good, the Jerseys, dairy classes, fat sheep, Romneys and Southdowns being considered excellent.—(P.A.).
