THE MASTERTON CLUB
At a general meeting held in the Y.M.C.A. rooms on Tuesday evening, Mr G. H. Perry being in the chair, it was decided to revive the Masterton Football Club. The meeting was well attended, and was characterised by considerable enthusiasm throughout. lb was decided to affiliate with the Rugby Union and to enter senior, jun-or and third grade teams for the competition. Saturday, April 17, was fixed as the opening day, when a geneal practice will be held. The following officers were elected for the year:—President, Mr G. H. Perry; patron, Mr A. \V. Cave; vicepresidents, Messrs D. K. Logan, W. H. Jackson, W. D. Watson, A. P. Whatman, H. E. Hart; secretary, Mr G. H. Rushton; club captain, Mr C. August; vice-captain, Mr G. Wilson; general committee, Messrs J. Kennedy, J. Bradbury, L. Nicholson, C. Holm wood, S. V. Parsoneon, A. Sew--61 ground committee, Messrs C. August, J. Kennedy, D. K. Logan and O. H. Penry;
