SECOND BALLOT CAMPAIGN. LOCAL OPTION COUNT DELAYED (Received Last Night, 7.20 o'clock.) SYDNEY, December 10. The final figures in the Enmore election leave file Liberal candidate ahead, but a second ballot will be necessary. The second ballot campaign is in full swing. Botli sides are making strenuous efforts to secure the balance of the disputed seats. The local option count has been delayed until the count in the electorates vote is completed. It is thought, though official figures are unobtainable, that the city electorates voted continuance, while a dozen suburban electorates carried reduction > it is understood that several country electorates will also be found to favour reduction when the final figurea go up On the present figures there is a bare possibility of Gloucester going "dry." . TWO ELECTORATES CARIvY REDUCTION (Received Last Night, 10.20 o'clock.) SYDNEY, December 10. Goulburn and Hartley electorates have carried reduction.
