BULWER LYTTON.
HIS LIFE BEING WRITTEN; Unhappy domestic relations. 'Times'—'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received :Nw. 17, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 16. "Buhver Lytton's Life"- is being written by his grandson. It demonstrates Lytton as famous as an orator, notable as a politician, and renowned as a writer. It reveals the unhappiest domestic relations, owing to the opposing temperaments and nnliappy circumstances. His wife was beautiful and clever, but illdiisciplined, wayward, and exacting. They lived at the rate of £3OOO ayear, when their income was only a. few hundreds. Lytton made the balance with his pen, showing astounding industry. He- completed ten novels, two long poems, a political pamphlet, a play, three volumes of "History of Athens," and innumerable articles for the press, besides being in Parliament for the ten years from 1827 to 1837.
