MONTHLY MEETING
The ordinary monthly meeting of directors of the Caledonian Society was held in the Dominion Hall on Saturday last. There was a full attendance of directors, the president, Mr J. Georgeson, occupying the chair. RepprFsfrom sub-commit-tees were received. It was decided to add the officers of the Pipe Band to the Pipe Band Committee, and also to hand over the £4<l deposit required in respect to the visiting champion American athletes, who will be competing at the .sports An New Year's Day to the. Amateur Athletic Club forthwith. A quantity of interesting correspondence in respect to the visit of the Americans was read. SPORTS OFFICIALS.
