PROPRIETORS COMPLAIN
'Times' —'Sydney Sun'' Special Cablet. (Received Last Night, 6 o'clock.) BERLIN, November 11. The authorities have imposed an Amusement tax on circuses, variety, cinema and dance halls. * The proprietors are complaining that their profits are eaten up. They endeavoured to pass the tax ton to their patrons by increasing the 'prices, but. "this failed, as the public took cheaper seats. '
