The first drill will take place on Wednesday next, fifty men have»alreadj been enrolled, including boxing and fencing mas l ters. They are arming with shillelaha and whalebones loaded with lead. - Tier headquarters of the army are . in Bow Street. , Miss Sylvia Pankhurstllas issueda -proclamation stating .* "The Government is afraid td touch Sir Edward <3arson because his forces are sttarig.
