'Aose who have imagined that Chinese labour is not good for the country, and that the almojid-eyed Mongolian is a foe to the worker, wil! probably admit that they have been labouring under a delusion, since Mr Robert Somple has been pleased to describe Chinamen as his "brothers," and to welcome them into the ranks of the Labour Federation. Yes, there is room in the Federation for men of all creeds and colours—Syndicalists, 1.W.W.-ites, Milwaukee Professors, Hickeys, Semples, Tregears, and Chinamen! Let them all come! They- have a common cause, which they are making in earnest just now. Henceforth let us not despise the man with a pigtail. His dollars and his sympathy are as good as anybody else's, when it is a question of maintaining the leaders of the Fed- | eration of Labour! I
