"Five ex-water-siders spoke, incidentally recommending violence to meet violence, and hinting at sabotage. A resolution professing sympathy with and promising to help the strikers, was declared carried, but only a few voted. The speakers said they would he on the wharf to-motrrow to urge Arbitrationists to knock off. Two or three boats are due. The crowd did not take the speakers seriously.
