ELECTIONEERING SPEECH. (Received Last Night, 9 o'clock.) SYDNEY, October 15. The Hon. W. A. Holmari, in a speech, announced the intention of the Government, if returned to power, to re-introduce a number of Bills which had been rejected. Mr Holman added: f Let's have behind us the moral authority of the people's approval and I promise you that no more measures haying' your.approval will be rejected by an uh-responeiye Upper House. This is no threat, but a plain statement of fact, which the public understand. We will see that the will of the people prevails."
