No Princess has ever been furnished with such an elaborate trousseau as that of the Duchess of Fife. It includes twenty-eight evening gowns, thirty day dress, thirty-eight hats, four ermine coats, together with sable, fox, and skunk stoles and muffs.
The Prince has received 700 and the Duchess eight hundred wedding presents, of a total value f of £150,000.
