NEW ZEALAND LOAN.

The prospectus of the- New Zealand 4 per cent. £3,000,000 loan has been issued. ' , '
Three months' interest will be payable on Ist February next. v Subscribr ers will be given the option of converting into 4 per, cent inscribed stock—repayable between \ 194? and 1963 at the rate of £lOl of stock for every £IOO worth of debentures—-at any time prior to August, 1918. Those subscribers so converting before the end,of 1913 will receive six months' interest on Ist February.

The Daily Mail characterises the New Zealand loan as cheap at 4 per cent.
The financial Times says the bonds are a good investment in themselves, but as a means of exchanging into stock offer no advantages on the -current market price.
