GRAHAM AND CO.'S GREAT ALTERATION SALE
COMMENCES TO-DAY.
Since Messrs Graham and Co. first commenced ■ business in Masterton, over a quarter of a century ago, they have by careful attention to the demands of an exacting pubKc built up a connection in both tov/fi. and country that is a credit to their commercial integrity and; business acumen. The business has steadily grown until it occupies to-day a leading position in the commerce of the Wairarapa. Another milestone in the history of the firm is now being passed, marked by the enlargement of • premises. Mr.James. Elliott, saddler, will shortly be removing to his new premises, and his present shop will then be embraced in Messrs Graham and Co.'s store. To connect up the additional premises will mean that great alterations'.will have to be effected, and the carpenters will have to practically tear out the whole of the fittings of the present store. Rather than have the .goons destroyed in the process by dust and moving, Messrs Graham and; Co. have decided to give the people of the Wairarapa an opportunity .such as .they have never had before to buy new and seasonable goods at genuine bargain prices. In an iruset circulated with this morning's issue, the firm state that they are determined that, this sale will establish such a record for magnificent value and genuine worth that the event will be long remembered throughout the Wairarapa. Prices are quoted in the inset, which is well worth perusal. The great Alteration Sale will commence at Graham and Co.'s this morning.*
