SCARCITY OF RAW MATERIAL

At the Leather Exhibitiqn a new style of boot, of the derby shooter pattern with chrome side and upper, of very fine quality, designed for the Army was shown by the contractors for ten thousand pairs placed on order.
The exhibitors agree that the scarcity of raw material is increasing and higher prices are inevitable.
