OFFICIAL CHANGES. (By Telegraph—Pros Atsociation.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Gazette to-night announces certain changes in the Labour Department. Mr F. W. T. Rowley, Deputy-Registrar of Industrial Unions, and chief clerk ofl&e department, is appointed Chief Inspector of Factories, one of the offices formerly held by Mr J. Lomas, Secretary for Labour, M,r W. H, Sagger, officer In charge, of the Department at Christchurch, succeeds Mr as Deputy-Chief Inspector of Factories.
