CALUMNIES AGAINST BULGARIANS. REFUTED BY BULGAR OFFICER. (Received Last Night, 10.15 o'clock.) SOFIA, Sept. 25. General Vazoff, in a letter to Count Milinkotf, repels the ree'ent calumnies against tho Bulgarians, and declares that""their administration fii Adrianople and Thrace was imbued with sentiments" of humanity, which were vouched for by the Russian consul at Adrianople, and also Geaieral Broadwood, who, with the British consul, was entrusted with the distribution of relief after the fall of the fortress.
SERVIA AND ALBANIA., OCCUPATION NOT PERMITTED. (Received Last Night, 10.15 o'clock.) BERLIN, Sept. 25. A .semi-official statement declares that the Powers will not permit any lengthy occupation of Altfania by Se^via. V PILLAGE AND FIRE. ALBANIANS ADVANCING. (Received Last Night, 11.10 o'clock.) BELGRADE, Sept. 25. The Albanians pillaged and set fire to Debra, and are now marching towards Oclirida and Kitchevo, The Servians, who are greatly outnumbered, are awaiting reinforcements. The Servians are calling out the Morava division 'of the first reserve and the Drina and Danube divisions. CRITICAL POSITION. TURKEY DEMANDS INDEMNITY. (Received Last Night, 11.10 o'clock.) : < _ ATHENS, Sept. 25. A critical * position has raisen through Turkey demanding a Greek indemnity for the families of 12.000 prisoners of war, who died in Greek prisons.
