A. ; HOLMAN. REIGN OF SUSPICION MUST END (Received Last Night, 9.15 o'clock.) SYDNEY, Sept. 25. When the Assembly met, the Hon. W. A. Holman referred to Mr Wado's charges against Mr Griffiths, and stated that if any member, desired to make any specific charges against any member of the Ministiy, that, were new charges, and supported by any tangible evidence whatever, he, within twenty-four hours of the formation of . such charges, would appoint a Royal Commission, under the presidency of a Supreme Court' Judge, to investigate them. He desired to end the reign of suspicion of the last few weeks.
MR WADE REPEATS CHARGES. (Received this morning 12.55 o'clock.) SYDNEY, Sept. 25. In the Assembly, following on Mr Holman'a offer of a Royal Commission, Mr Wade repeated the charges against Mr Griffith, and declared that lie is prepared to bring evidence in support of them. He dared Mr Griffith to face the charges.
