MILLIONAIRES BUILD A CHALLENGER.

Messrs Cornelius Vanderbilt, Frederick Bourne. J. Pierpont Morgan, Henry. Walters, Arthur- Curtis, and other millionaires have formed-a syndicate to build the America Cup challenger. :. Mr.Robort Emmons, of Boston, has been appointed managing di l rector for the new.yacht. It is understood that a second challenger will also be built.
